These Terms of Use govern your use of the GETAWAY YOUR WAY website and inquiries or bookings for a hosted week with Mike in Punta Cana. By using this site or requesting availability, you agree to these terms.
GETAWAY YOUR WAY is a privately hosted condo stay, not a traditional all-inclusive resort package. One guest party (solo or couple) is booked per week. Details on the website describe the experience in good faith and may be updated from time to time.
Content on this site is for general information. Photos, videos, pricing, and availability are illustrative or current as of publication and may change. Checking availability does not create a booking until dates are confirmed and the required deposit is received.
A 50% deposit secures your exclusive dates. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Payment options are e-transfer or credit card (a 3% service charge applies to credit cards). No card is required only to check availability.
Force majeure: In the case of natural disaster or government travel restrictions, we will offer to reschedule rather than refund where possible.
If you need to cancel 14–1 days out due to emergency or illness, we may issue a 100% travel credit to be used within 12 months.
You are responsible for flights, travel documents, insurance you choose to carry, meals (unless an all-inclusive option is selected), activity fees, and special fridge orders. You agree to treat the condo and shared spaces respectfully and to communicate promptly about date changes or cancelations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GETAWAY YOUR WAY and Mike are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, travel disruptions outside our control, or third-party services (airlines, activity operators, payment providers, messaging apps). Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
