The condo has two bedrooms, yours (with two queen beds) and mine, each with its own ensuite. One guest party per week.
AC, with two queen beds, blackout curtains, desk, walk-in closet, personal safe, full bathroom, ocean breeze. I live in the other bedroom with my own ensuite: complete privacy for both of us.
Full kitchen, living room, a spectacular pool-view terrace, washer/dryer, and a Bose Bluetooth sound system.
Order what you want ahead of time and it's in the fridge when you walk in. Special orders are billed separately.
Gated building with 24-hour security, a pool, and direct beach access, 20 minutes from Punta Cana International (PUJ).

Scotiabanks are everywhere in the DR. Any Canadian bank card will work at their machines. You can access 30,000 pesos a day and Scotiabank cards are free of fees. Other Canadian bank cards may have small ATM fees. It doesn't cost you a dime to receive your money from Scotiabank.
30,000 DOP ≈ $715 – $720 CDN (July 2026). Rates change daily, but that's the current mid-market rate.

All prices in CDN $. One guest party (solo, two friends, or a couple) per week. You cover the cost of flights, meals, special orders and activity fees, but I have it all waiting for you.

Force majeure: In the case of natural disaster or government travel restrictions, we will offer to reschedule vs refund.
If you need to cancel 14–1 days out due to emergency/illness we can issue a 100% travel credit to be used within 12 months.

Yes, this is a private resort and we are in my private condo and I'm your host, a Canadian who lives full-time in Punta Cana. With the All Inclusive package there is a wristband for the food and beverage package.
Fair question, and worth asking straight out. You have a private bedroom with two Queen beds and your own ensuite; I have mine. The shared spaces work like staying with a friend who happens to know every captain, chef, and back road on the island. And you set the dial: want company at dinner every night? Great. Want a driver, your own space, and not much else? Also fine. Your week, your way isn't a slogan.

The condo is in a gated building with 24-hour security in Punta Cana. You have a local host in your corner all week: I do the driving, I know the area and the people, and you're never left to figure things out alone.
Scuba diving, sport fishing, golf, kayaking, Hobie Cats, sailing, catamarans, kite-surfing, beach days, hikes, nightlife, restaurants: any combination you want. I arrange it all. If you have something specific in mind, ask me first.

Your flights, meals (unless you pick an all-inclusive option), special orders for the fridge, and activity fees: green fees, dive charters, boat charters and the like. I arrange everything either way; you'll know exactly what's included and what's separate before you confirm.
Yes. I personally pick you up at Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) the moment you land and bring you directly to the condo. No shuttle, no waiting around, no guessing.
No. I handle the logistics, excursions, transportation, and local arrangements so you can just show up and relax, or go straight into activity mode. All you need to sort out is your flight.
Entry requirements can change, so check the Government of Canada travel page for the Dominican Republic before you fly; for most Canadian tourists it's a valid passport plus the standard e-ticket form. Travel insurance is your call; I recommend it for any trip abroad. On day one I get you set up with a local SIM and pesos.
The season runs November 15 – May 7, and with one guest party per week there are only about 24 weeks in it. If you have a specific week in mind, reach out early; once it's confirmed for someone else, it's gone until next season.
